Privacy Policy
RiskKit's calculators run in your browser. This page explains what stays on your device, what external services receive when you use the site, and how to reach us.
You can use RiskKit without an account. Calculator values and simulation inputs are processed in your browser; the site does not ask you to connect a broker account. The site currently has no advertising or analytics tags installed by RiskKit. Some technical data is still processed to deliver and protect the site, and the homepage requests a third-party exchange-rate feed.
Calculator inputs and local preferences
Numbers you enter into the calculators and simulators are used by page code in your browser to calculate results. RiskKit does not provide a form that submits those numbers to our own server. If you share a screenshot or email us your numbers, that is a separate action you choose to take.
The light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage under the key riskkit-theme. You can remove it using your browser's site-data controls. The site does not use local storage to save your trading records.
Site delivery and live rates
When your browser requests a page, the hosting and network providers can receive standard technical information needed to serve and protect it, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser details and security signals. Cloudflare may set security cookies, including __cf_bm, for bot protection. See Cloudflare's cookie information.
The homepage automatically asks Coinbase's public exchange-rate API for reference currency and crypto rates on load and periodically while the page remains open. That request does not include your calculator entries, but Coinbase may receive normal request information such as your IP address and browser details. See Coinbase's privacy information. Rates are reference values and may differ from your broker's executable prices.
If you email us
If you contact celltinod@gmail.com, we receive the email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use that information to read and respond to your request and handle related follow-up. Email is processed through the provider of that mailbox. Please do not send passwords, account credentials or sensitive brokerage documents.
Advertising and future changes
As of the date above, RiskKit has not placed ad-serving code on these pages. If ads or new analytics are introduced, we will update this policy to describe the relevant providers, cookies, data uses and visitor choices before activating them. Where applicable, we will provide any required consent controls. A privacy policy by itself is not a substitute for those controls.
If Google advertising is activated, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on visits to this site or other sites. Google's advertising cookies can enable personalised ads based on those visits. Visitors can manage personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. We will identify any other participating vendors and their opt-out information when they are enabled.
Your choices and questions
You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential security cookies may affect access to the site. You can also avoid sending information by not emailing us.
